Mission & Purpose 

Our Mission at The Fountain Inn Orchestra seeks to provide Fountain Inn and the Greater Golden Strip the opportunity for cultural enrichment through live orchestra concerts with a desire to bring the community together through excellent performances that challenge, educate and inspire.

Our Purpose is to build a strong resident orchestra in the City of Fountain Inn that will develop an excellent concert series of symphony & chamber works for the purpose of education, entertainment and inspiration in the community.

Rehearsal Schedule

Monday evenings from 7:00-9:30 pm (excluding Mondays that fall on tech week for FIRE (the Fountain Inn Repertory Experience)).

Auditions 

Membership into the Fountain Inn Orchestra is by audition only.

Upcoming Audition Dates:

Scheduled by appointment Additional dates for the 2011/2012 Concert Season will be available soon.
All auditions are held at the Fountain Inn Civic Center.

Upcoming Performances:

October 28th - German Masters

November 11th - Give My Regards to Broadway

December 17th - Christmas at the Fountain Inn Civic Center

How to Audition:

First complete the form below and submit by e-mail to schedule your appointment.  Then, submit the $10 application fee (make check payable to the Fountain Inn Civic Center or credit card payments accepted by phone.

Audition requirements:

1. Application with $10 application fee
2. Specific Excerpts
3. 1 Solo Work
4. Possible Sight reading
