Our Brownie Program is tailored for each child to experience each try It activity during the 2 hour class time.
Junior Girl Scout Theater Badge
During this class, each student will be instructed on a variety of techniques to help each student reach the requirements for the Junior Girl Scout Theater badge
“Pottery” Badge for Junior Scouts
Our Pottery class creates pieces that are ready three weeks after the class is completed.
“Camera Shots”
Badge for Junior Scouts Our Camera shots class requires that each scout have a point and shoot digital camera with them.
Tiger, Cub & Webelos Scout Theater Workshop
Our Scout Program is tailored for each child to experience as much theatre as possible in a 2 hour class time.
Boy Scout Theater Merit Badge Workshop
During this class, each student will be instructed on a variety of techniques to help each student reach the requirements for the Theater badge
Cub Scout Art Workshop
Our Scout Program is tailored for each child to achieve both their belt loop and their academics pin as well as experience as much visual art as possible in a 2 hour class time.
Boy Scout Art Addition Workshops
Our Scout Program is tailored for each child to experience as much theatre as possible in a 2 hour class time.
The Cost is: $12.00 per Daisy/Brownie/Tiger/Cub/Webelos or $15.00 per Junior Girl or Boy Scout and (includes instruction, materials, snack and one ticket to a Firefly production) .
After the show, you are given a back-stage tour and participate in a discussion with the performers and technical crew, where you can ask questions and learn more about theatre as a craft, as a career, and as an instrument for social change.) A minimum of ten students per class is required.
Troops may be combined if necessary to meet the minimum or you can bring a friend, sibling or neighbor!
Workshop participants will also receive a certificate of achievement from the Center along with a coupon for any summer camp offered. Workshops are scheduled on availability and must be arranged at least two weeks in advance.
